AT 28: Tamara is: the Executive Director the African American Teaching Fellows (AATF), a doctorate with her Ed.D in Higher Education Leadership, a 2017 Forbes 30 Under 30 Education honoree, a health and wellness coach and…hopefully running for president one day 😉⁠

SHE WORKS: to eliminate racial disparity in our public schools by increasing representation among teachers. She and the AATF create fellowships to address the needs of a diverse student body by bridging cross-cultural divides. When students are represented, retention rates rise (score one for humanity!)⁠
